That’s why we offer a Level-Based Pricing System designed to provide guests with multiple price points while maintaining the same commitment to exceptional service, advanced education, and outstanding guest care.
Our service providers advance through Levels 1–7 based on performance, guest demand, booking volume, guest loyalty, and professional growth. As they build their careers and grow their clientele, their pricing adjusts accordingly. This allows guests to choose the service provider, experience level, and price point that best fits their goals and budget.
Every member of our team completes the advanced GLAM Studio Associate Training Program before serving guests. Comparable to earning a master's degree in our profession, this comprehensive program provides advanced technical education, guest experience training, and real-world salon, spa, and med spa experience. As a result, our Level 1 service providers begin their careers with the equivalent of approximately three years of industry experience, allowing them to offer our most budget-friendly pricing options while delivering the same professionalism, guest care, and service excellence found throughout The Glam Room.
